"The gentleman who greeted us at the restaurant entrance was very friendly, and to be honest, he was the biggest reason we chose this place. We ordered fajita, grilled salmon, and pizza for the kid. The food was up to Hard Rock standards and delicious. The Messi gift in the kids' menu didn't quite catch my daughter's interest, maybe they can diversify it. The group that performed in the evening was great and deserved praise. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Also, dining on the balcony while enjoying the city view was quite delightful."

"We went for dinner last night. My boyfriend really enjoyed his chicken fajitas. He thought they were great! Unfortunately, my twisted chicken mac & cheese came out cold, but it was promptly changed for a new one. Having ate this at many other hard rock cafes, mines wasn’t as good as it usually is but I was very hungry! I found it very expensive here, but I guess that’s alcohol prices in Malaysia. Service was overall nice, and our server was on the ball to be fair. A live band was on whilst we were there, not meaning to be rude, but the girl singing in the band was not good - out of tune and not singing in time with the music. Such a shame, as there was some belter choices of songs, and I love live music."

"I had such a pleasant experience dining at Hard Rock Cafe. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by G, who took great care of us throughout the meal. He recommended dishes based on our preferences, and everything turned out even better than expected — truly out of this world! Lamb Ribs: 10/10 As a barbecue-sauce girlie, this was perfection. The ribs had the ideal crisp on the outside, a delicious barbecue glaze, and just the right amount of smokiness. Absolutely loved every bite. Overall, G was an amazing server — friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Super satisfied with both the food and service. Highly recommended!"

"My very first experience visiting Hard Rock Cafe! It was October 2025. Five stars for the chill atmosphere, which perfectly matches alcohol and rock music. The food and drinks both tasted great! We even ordered drinks to go before heading back to our hotel. The drinks we ordered: Purple Haze Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea The staff were friendly and provided great service. The cafe is easy to find, located beside the riverside. We visited on a weekday, so there weren't many people inside the cafe. There's a souvenir shop next to the cafe. I will definitely visit again!"

"The venue is pretty large and a cool place to watch live music after 9pm if you don't mind a loud atmosphere. It was pretty empty when we visited but still enjoyable. I had the special Messi burger, no complaints about the food and staff and band were friendly."
